As Co-founder of LINC (Learning Innovation Catalyst), I help build capacity of teachers and instructional leaders to effectively build and sustain 21st century learning environments. A social entrepreneur, I've spent my career creating opportunities to effectuate positive social change in the field of education. I have been a pioneer in developing and delivering tutoring to low income students attending struggling schools. In 2013, I joined forces with Dr. Arnetha Ball of Stanford University in the research and development of best in class professional development strategies.
